I recently realized that I have been overthinking things too much. So, I decided to take a break and engage in mindful art therapy by painting a flower on my sketchbook. I didn't sketch anything; I just started painting. It was a very enjoyable experience. You can follow the three steps to see what I have so far. It's not a difficult task; all I needed to do was to take the first step. I am looking forward to sharing the finished painting with you in a few days.
